Responsibilities
- Perform product and process characterization.
- Complete assignments involving testing of materials, preparation of workbook and process specifications, process study, research investigations, report preparation, and other activities of limited scope.
- Maintain accurate records of data, procedures, experiments, tests, and findings.
- Analyze and utilize data to ensure continuous improvement in products, processes, and systems.
- Prepare regular periodic reports summarizing outcomes, process improvements, achievement, challenges, and roadblocks.
- Support the implementation of safety procedures and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in process troubleshooting activities and propose solutions to operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Process Engineer I: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Process Engineer II: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field and 2+ years of chemical manufacturing experience, or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Process Engineer III: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related science and 4+ years of chemical manufacturing experience, or Master’s degree and 2+ years of chemical manufacturing experience, or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay
