About the role
Join the Logoplaste team as a Process Tech/Engineer, coordinating EBM operators and guiding maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective machine operations.
Responsibilities
- Establish standards and procedures for EBM machine operation and mold/personalization part changeovers.
- Support the plant in evaluating and developing the team, identifying strengths, problem areas, and action plans for performance improvement.
- Oversee EBM (Uniloy) machine operation processes for correctness and timeliness.
- Provide input for product and process improvements.
- Support in identifying risks related to product/process for the Plant Manager.
- Assist in day-to-day troubleshooting of manufacturing issues.
- Develop and execute validation protocols.
- Ensure compliance and support audits.
- Lead the operators team for effectiveness, efficiency, and daily productivity.
- Ensure KPI targets are met in line with current goals.
- Map, design, develop, and implement training plans for operators; ensure documentation and process flow for training and continued progression.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in the plant’s safety processes.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and follow GMP/Global Food Safety practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in EBM Uniloy equipment in a lead role as a process engineer, with experience in manufacturing support.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to complete necessary changes and provide support across all shifts.
- Good communication and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office and SAP.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical system issues.
- Experience with lean manufacturing processes.
