Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the plant operations to implement new procedures or processes to improve productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize costs
• Work closely with the Quality Manager and lab techs when products do not meet specification
• Understand equipment functionality and troubleshoot when not performing to expectations
• Manage process monitoring through Ei3 by defining critical process parameters and establish acceptable ranges in Ei3
• Analyze and facilitate resolution of process problems with process improvement team members
• Provide problem solving to plant related production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ChemE, ME, EE, Pkg Eng or other technical field
• Recent graduates or 1-5 years industry experience
• Good knowledge of rotogravure printing, extrusion and adhesive laminating, slitting, and laser scoring

This position is located at our Franklin, OH Facility and 100% onsite.

Skills

Technical skills in areas such as rotogravure printing, extrusion, adhesive laminating, slitting, and laser scoring are beneficial.
