Process Engineer

About the role

Leadership role in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, responsible for mentoring process, product, manufacturing, and quality resources.

Responsibilities

• Drive process control and improvement initiatives
• Enhance flow and capacity
• Develop robust processes for aerospace components that meet metallurgical and performance standards
• Standardize processes using Six Sigma tools
• Ensure compliance with customer and NADCAP requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Manage projects and budgets
• Coordinate operator training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 7 years of product/process engineering experience

Qualifications

• Preferred: Advanced degrees and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma
• Essential skills: Communication, systems thinking, data analysis, and customer focus
