Process Engineer

About the role

In this role, you will develop and validate processing techniques and establish processing parameters in accordance with customer specifications. You will develop appropriate tooling and fixturing for processing of customer’s parts, document established processing techniques, and troubleshoot chemical processes as necessary. You will provide technical supervision and support for production personnel, coordinate and support the process of root cause determination and corrective action implementation when product-related, and determine and implement corrective actions when the root cause is related to processing methods and/or process malfunction.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of surface treatments such as electroplating and anodizing (preferred).
• Knowledge of Nadcap requirements is a plus.
