The Role From supporting internal teams to developing next-gen materials, our professional roles span strategy, innovation, and purpose. At CNG, you’ll do work that matters—and own it all. Schedule : Monday - Friday, Business hours Location: Delaware, OH What You'll Do Design processes and equipment related to the creation of products or services that are cost effectiveSimplify and standardize the manufacturing process to improve quality of productsImplement process designs by creating prototypes, conducting testing , making modifications and perfecting processesEnsure safety requirements are integrated into processes by conducting assessments Provide problem solving methodology to Operators, 5 why, fishbone, 4 box and A3. Implement continuous improvement on the production floor, including 5S, lean, and visual managementSupport the launch of new products through the development of new tools and processesAssess whether or not existing equipment is capable of producing proposed products and when needed, modify equipment to accommodate new productsLead investigations of customer complaints to determine root cause and implement corrective and preventative actionsProvide Analytics defining process improvement projects, action items, progress and the results of related projectsLead and Manage MDI data trends and action listEnsure repro consumption is optimizedSOC and schedule optimization through direct hands-on support on the shop floorComply with all BRCGS Standards and Standard Operating Procedures What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 8 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Plastics Industry, or related fieldProficient in all Microsoft Office productsExperience providing troubleshooting skillsPossess logic, problem solving, and trouble shooting skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively in a team environmentDeals effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to Operations LeadershipDemonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities and sound decision making Compensation & Benefits Total Rewards: Employee Ownership – Become a company owner day 1!Full medical, dental, and vision insurance upon hireHoliday PayPaid vacation 401(k) with company matchPerformance-based bonusesTuition reimbursementCareer advancement opportunities across 18+ facilities Ready to Own Your Future?
