About the role
The Process Engineer will play a key role in driving long-term plant efficiency, reliability, and process stability through data analysis, technical expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-term improvements in plant efficiency and reliability by analyzing operational data and identifying trends that impact performance
- Anticipate and prevent process upsets or equipment failures through proactive monitoring and predictive analysis
- Lead and support root cause analysis efforts to eliminate production losses and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Serve as a technical advisor across operations, guiding process changes, equipment upgrades, and operating parameters
- Plan, evaluate, and support capital projects that enhance process performance, safety, and cost efficiency
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, data-driven problem solver with a strong analytical skills
- Experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment
- Proactive, safety-first approach to improving plant performance
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent technical background
- 7-10 years of experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment
