Process Engineer
About the role
The Process Engineer at Cambria is responsible for improving the efficiency of production operations through the implementation of processes, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Aid R&D with new product development
- Commercialize, identify, and design new production technologies
- Co-own the maintenance of design recipes
- Track, identify, and implement solutions for process efficiency
- Implement ergonomic and safety improvements throughout various teams
- Maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Collaborate with and mentor Process Control Technicians and Process Control Engineers, with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to read and write English to effectively communicate with team
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Detail oriented
- Data driven and analytical
- Ability to create simple solutions to complex problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related field or discipline
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- Understand and utilize statistics and control charts
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Mechanically inclined
Skills
This role requires a high level of analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities. The Process Engineer will work with a variety of skill sets and adapt to different working environments.

Pay
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $61,000-$78,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
