About the role

The Process Development Scientist will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct experiments to identify process improvements and validate results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and support production operations.
  • Document and communicate process developments and findings effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process development and optimization.
  • Experience with continuous manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of process control systems and statistical analysis tools.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of GMP guidelines and cGMP regulations.
