About the role
The Process Development Scientist will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct experiments to identify process improvements and validate results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and support production operations.
- Document and communicate process developments and findings effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process development and optimization.
- Experience with continuous manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of process control systems and statistical analysis tools.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
