We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Key parts: - Intro about Ash Grove family of companies: description of company, legacy, plants, terminals, etc. This could be "About the role"? Actually it's about the company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for company overview? Might be okay. But we need to ensure we only include sections with real content. We have a "Summary" paragraph describing the role: The Process Control Supervisor analyzes and suggests ways to improve operations for the entire – raw materials to finish milling – cement manufacturing process. This position monitors, supervises, and evaluates the performance of hourly employees working directly in the production process. The position inspects equipment and process system breakdowns, determines repairs needed, and writes work orders. The Process Control Supervisor coordinates and supervises equipment repairs and preventative maintenance performed by maintenance personnel. Then "What You’ll Be Contributing" list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). This is responsibilities. Then "To Succeed In This Position, You Will Need" list of requirements/qualifications/skills. Then "What’s next for you?" about stability and advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement program. This could be part of Benefits? Not exactly. Then "What CRH Offers You": Highly competitive base pay, Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, Group retirement savings program, Health and wellness programs, An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion. Then "About CRH": description of CRH. Then application instructions etc which we must remove. Also there is a line: "At Ash Grove Cement, people are our first priority. We offer a complete benefits package to include: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Disability Pay Life Insurance Growth Opportunities and more!" This is benefits. We need to extract benefits: health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance, disability pay, life insurance, growth opportunities. Also "What CRH Offers You" includes base pay, benefits programs, retirement, health and wellness, inclusive culture. We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine benefits info. Pay: "Highly competitive base pay" is mentioned. No specific number. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive base pay". That's a statement about pay, albeit vague. It's still stating pay. So we can include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: No mention of schedule (e.g., shift work, hours). Not present. So omit Schedule. Now sections: - About the role: Could include company description (Ash Grove family of companies, legacy, plants, terminals, mission). Also maybe the summary? But summary is more about role. We could split: About the role = company overview. Responsibilities = What You’ll Be Contributing (list). Requirements = To Succeed In This Position, You Will Need (list). Qualifications maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can combine requirements and qualifications into one section? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. The posting includes both requirements (education, experience) and skills/abilities. We could put education/experience under Requirements, and skills/abilities under Skills. Or we could put all under Requirements. Better to follow guidance: Use separate headings if content exists. Let's extract: Education/Experience: - High School Degree or GED is required - Vocational/Technical degree is preferred in production, process control, or similar field - Minimum 2 years of experience in a production supervisor role - 2 years of experience as a control room operator or process engineer in the cement industry is preferred That's requirements. Skills/Abilities list: - Uses independent judgment in performing responsibilities - Works from general policies and objectives - Refers to supervisor when clarification or interpretation of organizational policy is in question - Exercises direct or indirect supervision over hourly production employees - May also supervise directly and indirectly personnel working on the off shifts - Displays regular and prompt attendance - Consistently works in a safe and non-violent manner - Proficient in English written, verbal communication, and listening skills - Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc. - Ability to lead/manage others - Ability to efficiently perform, organize and prioritize work independently - Ability to make decisions and to exercise sound judgment in arriving at a conclusion - Knowledge of kiln and mill operations, mobile equipment, machinery functions, and production process control - Knowledge of other plant departments such as shipping, maintenance, quarry, and engineering - Ability to understand and comply with company and plant policies covering plant employees - Ability to effectively monitor production operations and quickly detect and respond to processing problems - Ability to understand and comply with safety and environmental regulations - Ability to work under general supervision with specified objectives, policies, and performance standards - Ability to refer to supervisor when in doubt as to the proper procedure for a specified action That's skills. Now responsibilities: The "What You’ll Be Contributing" list (many bullet-like sentences). Also the earlier summary could be considered part of responsibilities but we can keep summary as part of About the role? Actually summary describes the role; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities. Since we have a separate Responsibilities section, we can put the summary there as an introductory paragraph, then the list. Thus Responsibilities section:

summary paragraph

then
  • each duty. Now Benefits: combine the benefits list from "At Ash Grove Cement, people are our first priority..." and "What CRH Offers You" (medical, dental, disability, retirement, health and wellness, inclusive culture). Also tuition reimbursement etc. We need to avoid duplication: list each unique benefit. Let's compile: - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Retirement Plan (or Group retirement savings program) - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - Employee Assistance Program - Disability Pay (or Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs) - Life Insurance - Growth Opportunities (or opportunity for growth, development, internal promotion) - Health and wellness programs - Inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion (some overlap) - Group retirement savings program (already retirement) - Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs (covers health, dental, disability) - Base pay (Highly competitive base pay) - that's pay. We need to avoid redundancy: maybe just list distinct items. Let's produce Benefits section with bullet list: - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Retirement Plan / Group retirement savings program - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - Employee Assistance Program - Disability Benefits - Life Insurance - Growth Opportunities / Career development - Health and wellness programs - Inclusive culture We could combine some. Now Pay section:

    Highly competitive base pay

Now About the role: company description: "Ash Grove family of companies, including Ash Grove Cement Company, Ash Grove South Texas, LLC, Sapphire Americas LLC, Oldcastle Cement Holdings, Houston Cement Company, and Suwanee American Cement Company, is one of North America’s leading cement manufacturers, with a legacy of innovation and excellence dating back to 1882. At Ash Grove, we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built. To learn more about us go to www.ashgrove.com". Also maybe include the line "At Ash Grove Cement, people are our first priority." but that's benefits. We'll keep that in benefits. We should not include the URL? It's substantive info; we can keep as plain text. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Thus final HTML:
