About the role
The Manufacturing Technician will assess and oversee operations on the manufacturing floor, identifying and implementing tactics to enhance safety, optimize quality, increase productivity, and streamline company operations. This role involves routine departmental tasks, contributing to projects, prioritizing work, and communicating effectively at all organizational levels. Punctuality and attendance are critical to success and team dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Assess and oversee manufacturing floor operations.

- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing required safety gear (hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes).
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, heavy industrial environment within the Findlay, Ohio plant.
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse with exposure to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, fumes, and noise.
- May require working in various factory areas, including at heights, climbing, standing, squatting, bending, and lifting heavy materials (with or without reasonable accommodations).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Pay
Base pay: $23.74 per hour.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts (2nd or 3rd shift; days or nights determined by plant).
- Overtime required to cover vacations and coworker absences.
