Key Accountabilities
- Participate in actions/solutions to improve process control, reduce energy costs, and improve quality.
- Participate in actions/solutions to improve equipment monitoring and energy monitoring.
- Participate in plant audits related to Omya 4. 0, energy, instrumentation, and power.
- Investigate new technology to improve plant safety (Intelligent PPE, improved alarming, etc.).
Knowledge Sharing & Expertise
- Support CCs in developing budgets, Project Charters and mentoring Energy CC, Instrumentation CC, Power CC, Omya 4. 0 CC.
- Provide support to the GOP Engineering team.
- Responsible for know-how transfer, best practices, and supporting the development of Group standards and guidelines.
- Support UNO initiatives with process and automation teams.
Environmental Health & Safety
- Be in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
Other Requirements
- Good command of both oral and written local language and English are required.
- Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.
- Travel required to regions, plants, suppliers sites.
- Confident in international settings.

Education & Experience
- University Degree in Electrical and / or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and / or automation engineering field.
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to improve processes and systems to enhance performance of the job area.
- Strong working knowledge across all engineering fields with emphasis on electrical.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
