Process Associate 3 - Pitt South

Responsibilities

• Performing hand assembly of small parts in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Loading and unloading small parts onto a high temperature furnace conveyor.
• Perform product inspections under magnification on small parts.
• Using tools to connect small, delicate components to another component.
• Operating small assembly equipment throughout the manufacturing process.
• Performing equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, including basic manufacturing drawings/specifications and written instructions.
• Able to contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to be flexible and learn multiple assembly roles.
• High attention to detail and ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications and written instructions.
• Able to work with and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Able to lift and move upwards of 50 Ibs.
• Able to work flexible schedules when required.
