Process Assistant /Warehouse Lead 3PL

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Assistant/Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This role involves managing daily operations to meet customer needs efficiently.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide training, and address employee issues.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.
• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.
