Process Assistant, Grocery Fulfillment Centers
About the role
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as a Process Assistant. Grocery Fulfillment Centers are facilities that house Amazon's selection of fresh food and other specialty products. These multi-temperature facilities support our same-day delivery service. At our fulfillment centers, you'll focus on safety in all stocking and sorting tasks, while helping to develop best practices. Your contributions will enhance your site's operations and could potentially improve processes across our entire network.
Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate others
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of working in a manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, retail, or grocery environment

Pay
The starting pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.60 USD hourly, including base pay plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift selected. Additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay; final pay will be based on shift selection and location.
Schedule
Must be able to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays; able to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
