Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain detailed repair procedures for all relevant equipment and systems on Mobile and Crawler Cranes.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with OEM specifications and Industry standards.
  • Publish and manage repair procedures in the company’s knowledge management system.
  • Update Projects in Project Management Software in liaison with the Repair Shop Supervisor.
  • Conduct inspections of completed repair work to verify compliance with documented procedures and quality standards.
  • Participates in Project Retrospectives.
  • Identify deviations and implement corrective actions together with Repair Shop Supervisors and Lead Technicians to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor quality metrics for repair operations.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date knowledge database for repair processes.
  • Train technicians and staff on new or updated procedures.
  • Identifies training opportunities based upon errors detected in the systems.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for repair standards and quality requirements.
  • Analyze repair processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Initiate recommendations for improvement of the organization’s policies and processes.
  • Recommend improvements to reduce errors, increase productivity, and enhance safety.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to incorporate feedback into procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering discipline or equivalent; and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

Qualifications

  • Travel domestically and internationally a minimum of up to 30% of the time.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and quality assurance protocols.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Our Offer Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
