Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain detailed repair procedures for all relevant equipment and systems on Mobile and Crawler Cranes.
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with OEM specifications and Industry standards.
- Publish and manage repair procedures in the company’s knowledge management system.
- Update Projects in Project Management Software in liaison with the Repair Shop Supervisor.
- Conduct inspections of completed repair work to verify compliance with documented procedures and quality standards.
- Participates in Project Retrospectives.
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions together with Repair Shop Supervisors and Lead Technicians to maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and monitor quality metrics for repair operations.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date knowledge database for repair processes.
- Train technicians and staff on new or updated procedures.
- Identifies training opportunities based upon errors detected in the systems.
- Act as the subject matter expert for repair standards and quality requirements.
- Analyze repair processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Initiate recommendations for improvement of the organization’s policies and processes.
- Recommend improvements to reduce errors, increase productivity, and enhance safety.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to incorporate feedback into procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering discipline or equivalent; and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.
Qualifications
- Travel domestically and internationally a minimum of up to 30% of the time.

- Proficient in project management software and quality assurance protocols.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
