Staff RN in the Procedural Care Unit
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IVs, monitor vital signs and sedation levels, and prepare procedure rooms and equipment.
- Educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to infection control and quality standards.
