Problem Resolution Specialist

Location & Schedule

Memphis, TN 38134 – Full‑time position (40 hours/week). Work days are Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends and holidays. Shift: 3rd shift, 10 pm – 6:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Process, prepare, route, and store laboratory specimens as a vital part of patient care.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions.
• Work in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and follow PPE requirements.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment (e.g., telephones, computers, centrifuges, audible alarms).
• Bonus: 1–2 years of related experience in a clinical laboratory, data entry, or production.
