• Develop relationships with professionals who regularly encounter probate and trust real estate needs
• Conduct consistent outreach, follow up, and excellent client care to create a network that can generate introductions, referrals, and future business
• Work alongside experienced real estate professionals while developing the confidence and expertise needed to become a trusted resource for probate and trust related real estate
