Responsibilities

• Manage probate and real estate cases from start to finish
• Cook up and coordinate real estate transactions
• Work closely with attorneys, clients, realtors, title companies, and other professionals

Requirements

• 2-3 years of paralegal experience
• Experience in probate, real estate, title, foreclosure, or estate administration preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• CPA certification preferred
