Pro Shop & Retail Manager

About the role

Mouratoglou is looking for a Pro Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of our Pro Shop, while delivering a premium customer experience. As the face of the Pro Shop, you will combine retail management, customer service, and strong operational skills in a dynamic sports environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop
• Drive sales and provide personalized product recommendations to clients
• Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment, and purchasing
• Ensure attractive merchandising in line with Mouratoglou brand standards
• Oversee point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records
• Coordinate apparel, equipment, and special orders
• Supervise the Pro Shop team, including scheduling and daily organization
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized retail environment
• Work closely with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events, and the overall client experience
• Contribute to the profitability and commercial development of the Pro Shop

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sports, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Strong team spirit and communication skills
• Knowledge of tennis and tennis equipment is a strong plus
