Pro Shop Attendant/Outside Service

Key Responsibilities

• Performs clerk/cashier-like duties
• Processes customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite the check-in process
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes transactions in the POS system as trained
• Aids in maintaining a clean, safe workplace
• Aids in reconciling cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at the close of day
• Ensures property and its amenities are secured daily
• Aids in the setup of equipment and golf carts
• Performs related duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications, Experience, And Skill Requirements

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be coachable and have basic computer skills
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of the game of golf preferred
