Pro Shop Attendant

Town of Wallkill Golf Club, managed by Troon, is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to deliver superior hospitality service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, implement, and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assist golf professionals with golfer check-ins, tee sheet management, and pace of play.
• Receive merchandise and follow purchase order procedures.
• Rotate shop displays and maintain an organized stock room.
• Assist with stock rotation, golf shop cleanliness, and merchandise pricing.
• Maintain proper inventory counts and levels.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Head Professional.
• Provide exceptional service to meet guest expectations.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive motion, including computer entry.
• Ability to operate a golf car safely.
• Normal vision and hearing.

Pay

USD 16.00 – 18.00 per hour
