Pro Sales Associate - West Hill

To thrive as a Pro Sales Associate

• An outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• You’ll support the Home Depot Pro Desk and introduce yourself to any contractors
• You’ll get to know them, their business, and their needs
• You’ll maintain this relationship and follow up regarding their jobs and any future needs
• You’ll work closely with Behr’s outside sales reps
• You’ll work closely with the Home Depot staff
• You’ll collaborate with the outside sales reps to get exactly the right products for their needs
• You’ll mix the paint, collect any sundry paint tools they need and get them in and out of the store quickly
• You’ll make our professional customers feel like they had a paint store experience

Work Hours

• Your work hours will vary based on peak selling times
• This could mean weekends, holidays, and shifts that can extend until 7 p.m.
• We work while consumers shop!

What We’re Looking For

• An outgoing personality
• A collaboration mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingualism (not required but a bonus)
