The Pro Bono Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing pro bono legal projects, ensuring that all cases are handled ethically and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage pro bono legal projects
• Ensure ethical and efficient handling of all cases
• Collaborate with legal teams to identify pro bono opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with legal professionals and organizations
• Monitor case progress and provide guidance as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in legal administration or management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Legal professional certification (e.g., bar membership)
• Experience working with pro bono programs
• Knowledge of legal ethics and standards
