About the role
The Pro Bono Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing pro bono legal projects, ensuring that all cases are handled ethically and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage pro bono legal projects
- Ensure ethical and efficient handling of all cases
- Collaborate with legal teams to identify pro bono opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with legal professionals and organizations
- Monitor case progress and provide guidance as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in legal administration or management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Legal professional certification (e.g., bar membership)
- Experience working with pro bono programs
- Knowledge of legal ethics and standards
