PRN Virtual Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Coincording patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Completing required transfer checklists
• Providing patient education to support a seamless care experience

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of acute care bedside experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Experience with the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system is preferred

Qualifications

• An Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing is required; a Bachelor's in nursing is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years acute care clinical experience in a progressive care, emergency or intensive care unit is required
• Recent clinical experience within the last two years upon application is preferred

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to flex and adapt to evolving environment and role
• Computer, telephone, and customer service skills required

Pay

$42.90 / hour
