PRN Therapist

The Redpoint Center is a leading Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Colorado, specializing in mental health and substance use treatment. Our multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals provides compassionate, evidence-based care to support clients as they navigate lasting change.

Current opening: Greeley, 2900 S College Ave, Ste 3D, Fort Collins, CO

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize appropriate crisis management techniques to support client confidentiality
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program standards
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Provisional licensure will be considered)
• Active and valid Colorado state licensure as a therapist or counselor (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
