About the role

The Redpoint Center is seeking PRN Outpatient Therapists to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to adolescents and/or adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Your clinical expertise will support recovery, stability, and overall well-being within our programs.

Current opening: 1831 Lefthand Circle, Ste H, Longmont, CO

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize appropriate crisis management techniques to support client confidentiality
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program standards
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Provisional licensure will be considered)
• Active and valid Colorado state licensure as a therapist or counselor (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
