PRN Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to patient needs.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and progress.
• Adapt quickly to diverse clinical settings in a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification in speech-language pathology.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and therapy for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical environments.
