PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation. You’ll demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized speech/language assessments
• Conduct swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor patients' progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information
