PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation. You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized speech/language assessments
• Conduct swallowing evaluations
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress
• Gather and exchange patient condition information with patients, families, and other treatment team members

Requirements

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
• Qualified as a Speech Language Pathologist
