Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to residents as needed
- Assess and document progress of residents receiving therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss treatment outcomes and plan next steps
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
