About the role
Taylor Laconia in Laconia, NH & Taylor Meredith Bay in Meredith, NH, invite passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join their dynamic therapy team as a PRN (Per Request Not Required) SLP. This position involves floating between the two facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to individuals with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records according to regulatory standards.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Hampshire.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working with individuals with communication disorders is preferred but not required.
