PRN Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of a growing team. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Administer standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress.
