PRN Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders for residents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, social workers, and other therapists
• Evaluate and document progress regularly
• Provide education and training to staff on best practices in SLP

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of SLP techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
