PRN Speech Language Pathologist

About the role
The Speech-Language Pathologist conducts screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and makes revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations for speech-language pathology services
- Develop and revise plans of care under physician supervision
- Perform discharge planning
- Apply knowledge of Functional Pathways policies, procedures, and clinical programs to therapy disciplines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license in North Carolina
- Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
