Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of growing team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting
• Administer standardized speech/language assessments
• Conduct swallowing evaluations
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress

Qualifications

• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information
