PRN Speech-Language Pathologist - Acute Care

About the Role

PT Solutions, in collaboration with Advent Health, is seeking Speech Language Pathologists in Calhoun, GA to deliver rehabilitation therapy services. Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to the next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g., physicians, case management, nurses).

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow).
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Schedule

PRN shift/hour requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, and 1 minor holiday.

Pay

Pay Range: $50–$60/hour (considers background, experience, and work location with opportunities for salary growth).
