PRN Special System Advisor

Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 Department: Legal Services Work Type: PRN Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$110.50 - $110.50 / hour Summary Performs corporate legal research work and review at the direction of Senior Managing Counsel, Vice President, or Chief Legal Officer. Requirements Education: Minimum of 7 years of formal education, J.D. degree, or third year of law school with graduation date within 1 year of hire required. Experience: Health system or health law experience preferred. Certification: N/A License: Admission as a member of the Florida bar within one (1) year of hire. Other: Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and developing legal issues in area of expertise. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to conduct complex legal research, analyze case law, and provide recommendations/legal guidance. Ability to draft legal documents, such as pleadings, affidavits, and position statements.
