About the role
Autumn Lake at Birch Manor is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking to provide individualized care while working within a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute environment.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop treatment plans based on resident needs and functional goals
- Provide skilled interventions for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Pay
$59–$60/hour
