About the role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avir at North Richland Hills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff members as needed
- Cook up with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in patient care
Requirements
- Valid Texas RN License
- Valid CPR Certification
- I.V. Certification (preferred)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
