PRN (As Needed)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop and manage care plans in coordination with physicians and other care team members
• Monitor medications and treatments, and document changes in resident condition
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure safe and effective care
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and facility protocols
• Perform other clinical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Skilled in documentation, critical thinking, and resident-centered care
