PRN Registered Nurse (RN) SANE
Valley View Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to assault survivors. This PRN position offers a hybrid remote/in-person role with administrative support for program growth.
About the role
This position involves conducting physical assessments, collecting forensic evidence, treating injuries, and collaborating with legal and advocacy teams. The role requires taking rotating triage call and performing a minimum number of exams.

Requirements
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Completed Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) training
- Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
- At least 1 year of SANE experience
Pay
Hourly rate ranges from $37.50 to $56.23 for BSN-prepared nurses, plus a 14% PRN differential. Entry salary depends on education, skill set, and experience. Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, and MSN levels.
