About the role
Trinity Woods in Tulsa, OK, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a PRN Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Document progress notes and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
