PRN Patient Service Representative
About the role
Looking for flexible work where you can make a real difference in patients' lives? At Integrated Physical Therapy, our Patient Service Representatives are much more than a front desk team. They are the first smile patients see, the calming voice on the phone, and the people who help patients navigate scheduling, insurance, and the beginning of their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling appointments efficiently
- Managing patient registrations and intake paperwork
- Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations
- Collecting copays and patient balances
- Communicating with therapists regarding scheduling needs
- Maintaining accurate patient information in our electronic medical record
- Helping keep the clinic organized and running efficiently
Requirements
Quick Facts
$16–18/hour (based on experience)
Flexible PRN schedule
Hours may include daytime and evening coverage Monday-Friday
Coverage opportunities at our King of Prussia, Bryn Mawr, and Exton clinics
Paid training

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical reception, customer service, or administrative support is preferred—but not required.
- Experience with: Medical scheduling, Insurance verification, Electronic medical records (EMR), Customer service is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
