Job Details

The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues, greeting and escorting guests, maintaining the appearance of the waiting room, and using various office equipment. Duties may include preparing patients for examinations, performing Point of Care testing, and completing unit-specific tasks as needed. The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, six months of frontline customer service experience, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Physical Demands

This position is very active and may require frequent lifting and moving of objects up to 25 lbs., ambulating, and positioning oneself to reach and move objects above and below the knees. The employee may come into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses and work rotating shifts, including holidays and during inclement weather.
