About the role
HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their Gulf Coast Division are seeking a PRN associate pathologist to cover hospital facilities in the North Houston market: HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball, HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe, and HCA Houston North Cypress.
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage at hospital facilities in the North Houston market
- Perform frozen sections
- Make clinical interpretations
- Work closely with physician partners to achieve favorable patient outcomes
Requirements
- AP/CP board certification required
- Sub-specialty training/experience preferred
- 2-3+ years post-fellowship experience preferred
- Able to commit to shift work two months in advance
- Proficient in general surgical pathology and clinical interpretations
- Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have one in good standing
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
