• RN Pay Rate $38-$44/hr based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state.
• Maintain CEU requirements.
• Computer skills.

What You Will Do

The RN/LPN role provides support to the Director of Nursing and can take many of the responsibilities of providing top-quality care for the residents in the facility. Duties may include:

• Assisting with daily activities of residents.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Monitoring resident health and reporting issues to the nursing staff.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assisting with resident transfers and ambulation.
• Providing emotional and psychological support to residents and their families.
