About the role

The Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, administering treatments, and supporting medical decisions to ensure positive outcomes. Working under supervision, the RN collaborates with the healthcare team, communicates effectively, and seeks guidance on complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient data and implement medical interventions
• Coordinate care and support healthcare team decisions
• Perform additional duties as assigned, emphasizing patient safety and adherence to protocols

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• Licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state
• BLS (CPR) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA
