PRN Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

About the Role

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to promote independence through self‑care management and activities of daily living. You will communicate and educate patients, family members, and caregivers on supporting daily routines, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based, quality care that empowers patients to exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely, individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA‑approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Pay

Base rate: $46 – $56 per hour, based on experience and market factors.
